The Peer Partnership model is designed to assist faculty in developing their pedagogical skills through observation and reflection. Two faculty members partner with another faculty member of their choosing. The partnership can be between faculty within the same discipline or different, either one can be enriching. Choosing a partner from another discinpline than your own can help you to focus on the teaching moves more easily.
