Preparing to Apply Theory to Current Social Issues

1. In pairs, spend some time reading and understanding the theorist you've been assigned (you'll need to read and understand all three theories for your paper, so this will be directly useful!)
2. With your partner, create a visual to describe/explain your theory. Feel free to use the paper and markers in the classroom to make it your own.
3. We'll share your visuals with the class, so please be ready to explain your theory.
4. Next, we'll look at a variety of social issues and discuss ways that your theories/theorists would approach or explain each issue.
